Went to the polyclinic early in the morning (7.20am) thanxs to my dad's ride.. went to see the doc regarding my right knee.. quite worried due to the pain that comes out of the blue... according to doc.. its quite usual.. the problem might be call Chondromalacia Patellae (http://www.orthoseek.com/articles/chondromp.html) My symptons seems rather similiar to that... decided to get myself a knee support..
came back from doc.. went gym for my upper body training.. not much.. just arms and chest... after that swim for a while.. chill... the sun always got block by the clouds! no tan.... =(
going to meet my dearest for lunch soon... after tat.. come b.. most prob play some games... =)
