Old Beautiful Memories
Ha! Was meeting up with the guys on sat nite.. after a few of us went for steamboat opposite bugis... it was ok... but i think its kinda expensive.. $22.50/pax.. haha...
After that.. met the rest of the guys for some supper at the usual place.. "ah tar".. it was a good turn out.. even ian was there! haha..we will doing some catching up and i thought it would be good to pen down some of the memories...
Here goes... it all started with...
- Mr not so man "koh li wei".. how his old bus pass in sec school stated that his sex is F! omg.. had a good laugh..
-Fragging Legend... Started by Mr Douglas at the school's bookshop! Poor Aunty.. All the colour pens..
-PS World of Sports... our biggest sponsor of all time.. all the jackets and clothes.. Thank you!
-Who got ca**** for wat in date order... haha... Tong-Beef Jerky-7-11 / Joshua-Drinks-Liberty / Dave-VCD-Poh Kim / Jason-Fila Socks-World of Sports / Ed-Hair Dye-NTUC-Dave the legend and how he frag the basket ball... just throw it out! never waste any time.. haha..
-how they stun book from kinokuniya.. just putting the item on their head and walk out.. haha!
-how we sneak into out sec school to destroy the scouts den.. another 3 of them went there again to do more destruction! but i wasn't there.. i didn't even know! So secretive of them...

Bubble Burst!
Thats it.. my mum blew the bubble in front of minz.... argh.. but i dun blame her.. instead i wanna thank my mum so much! She has always been very supportive of watever i am doing and she will try to give her best by helping me in watever way she can! i'm really blissed to have such a mum around! Of course i appreciate my dad! He sends my mum to work without fail... and now he sends me to camp whenever i need! His work place is not exactly very near my camp...
Thanks mum and dad.. thank you for everything you 2 done for me for the past 20 yrs of my life..
*minz lets not disclosed this secret on xanga for now.. lol... its actually nothing much..*

Argh! Wat a boring day... Cannot take it.. really damn boring..
Thanxs winnie! Its really nice of you to rmb my B day... the lunar one! haha.. who would have thought.. my friend liqi aka LQ also told me its my birthday yesterday! the lunar one... really feel so good to be surrounded by friends who are so good with dates! Thanxs pplz!
* I am thinking of doing something that no one can ever thought of me doing.. but looking at it.. seems pretty easy.. think with the help of my mum i'll most prob be able to make it! haha... *
My poor ger... so hectic with her work now.. having lunch later in the afternoon.. so afraid of her getting gastric... geez..take care of yourself ok sweetie...

Wei's Birthday
Boo! I went to the barber for hair cut.. and i totally regret it.. i got nothing else to say regarding my hair... book a appt at Roots.. hoping that a miracle could happen on my hair just before my birthday.. *Fingers Crossed*
Wei's Party! I had such a great time there with all the guys... Ian.. Sam.. Wei Xiang.. Tong.. Wei L.. Tony.. Ed.. Dave.. The guys are named in birthday order! haha.. the fun all started when they smash the cake at WL.. thats when all hell break loose.. he fought back with such fighting spirit! haha... he forced us to throw him down the pool... he made us do it.. LOL! Dave was so willing... he said "wo men yi qi xia qiu ba!" translate.. lets go down together! haha.. than 1 by 1... all went for a dip..
Forced or willing... we had no choice but to drench ourselves.. so after all.. ALL of us were wet right from the top to bottom... but it was really damn fun.. never had so much fun with all the guys! really miss them so much.. we later took a video of us falling back into the pool 1 by 1 hugging each other by the shoulder!
Personally.. i felt the warmth... it felt so brotherly.. i felt so close to all of them.. i think i am gay.. LOL! just kidding dear... i still love you so much!

Coaching Course
Hey guys.. friday nite and i am home.. yup.. Well.. attended this Coaching Course by this lady call Wendy (http://www.wandinspiration.com/) check out her webby if u wanna find out more... Initially had this mentality that this course would just be another Lecture slides i listen type of course. BUT I WAS SO WRONG!
The first impression i got from her was that her energy level was like 12/10 ! Its way over the scales and it is spilling all over! I was so wrong about the course! Its so fun and enjoyable and i certainly learned a LOT! I'm not going to go into details about the lesson but i am at least fit to coach not too difficult coachees...
So if you wanna try out coaching just let mi know ya.. i'll be glad to help u along the way but first u can be my coachee and i can coach you to learn Coaching! Haha.. i think u r most prob confused by now... LOL!
In short, if u wanna find out more or try my coaching skills... JUST DROP ME A MSG!

The Fool Who Doesn't Appreciate
What if someone goes the extra mile for you? Your usual reply to that would be many thanks and appreciation... But what if a person instead of thanking and appreciating that act, display a pissed off look dunno for nuts and doesn't show any appreciation? You must be thinking.. WTF! is that guy even thinking properly? Is his brain still intact ? Does he need to go for a brain scan ? Curse and Swear !@@$#%$%^%&^
I happen so to be that guy... Dun leave just yet! i have totally what the hell is wrong with me.. everytime my darling goes the extra mile for me, i'll give her the pissed look..! I DUNNO Y! I am really cursing and swearing at myself now tat i'm truly aware of this... i can sense the lost feeling my dear is going through... if going the extra mile for u doesn't make u happy.. WAT DOES!?!?!?
Just wanna take this opportunity to say that I Am Truly Sorry for all the past times when i didn't thank you for all the extra mile you went just for me... The Strepsil Cough Mixture and the Biscuit... helping mi to order the cake and decorating it with Transformer.. and many others which i cant recall right now.. I am Really Sorry darling and i hope i can improve on this immediately..

Side Track
Attended the 1st day of a 3 days Coaching course and i am really impressed by the speaker! She is a single mum of 3, owns her own company, writes book, give coaching sessions and she is around 36! What a Power Mum! Her energy lvl is extreme! a Scale of 1-10, i'll give her 11 ! And her energy seems to overflow and spill on to you! cant wait to attend the other 2 days of the lesson... to learn more..

My "Powerful" Boss
This indirect boss of mine.. his name is P.. although he has retired already but he still came back to work in army as a DXO cos he is a workaholic! He has lots of experience in every aspect of an Artillery Officer cos he been to many place and hold many appoinments during his active days. I'm telling you guys out there.. he is so into ARMY! omg... he can work till late.. real late.. and be the first to reach office..
As the my seniors gonna ORD soon.. there are lots of things to hand over to us and just happen so, out department which is TFC is gonna have a very busy work year! P wants everything his way... he want things that really take a long time to be done to be done! he want this.. he want that... he wants almost everything in the office to be undertaken by a personnel... ex: i am in charge of this particular PC.. anything bad happens.. he will find me.. although i might not be the one using it.. its so easy for ppl up there to issue a general order.. and expect the ppl below to come up with detailed plans... he thinks tat everything can be easily done his way... btw.. he is a freaking LOUD guy.. geez...
*Have i really been impatient lately... damn.. better start some reflection.... before things get out of hand...
Latest news.... minz just got me a Transformer Birthday Cake.. omg.. lol.. i'm ok with it... cos i'm really a big fan of transformer.. but dunno if it will look good... it would be so much BETTER if it was a pic of Vanessa Anne Hudgens! haha.. i am quite crazy over her.. think she did a great job in High School Musical.. wahaha.... go watch it if you can...the songs are great too... =) Many pics of her reminds me of my gal... maybe tats y...

Childhood Times...
Went past my primary and sec school (St Andrew) yesterday.. bring back loads of memories from primary school times... Life was really simple and easy.. things we do.. games we play.. really so fun yet so simple!
-Dig earthworm at the back of the school... i dun rmb why we did it.. and wat we do with it after which..
-Catch grasshopper at the field and keep them in a DIY wooden cage made of ice-cream sticks.. think we did it to compare who has the bigger one or something.. kinda forgot wat it was for anyway..
-"Gou Li" aka marble... the classic game tat needs no futher explanation..
Above are just a few of the things we did... when we were young... talking about kids... my little brother.. the scary one...

East Coast Park Run!
Went to ECP in the morning for a 12km run.. its organised by Artillery.. they wanna train us up for the AHM... although i was still on status, i could not resist the temptation to run with my friends... barely running to the 5 km mark.. my leg gave way.. or should i say my right knee.. it was so painful.. couldn't run at all.. only could walk.. shyt.. its 12km! god damn it.. and my i was only at the 5 km mark... need to walk/run/jog/hop (which ever works) to finish the rest.. somehow.. i manage to do it..
I really regretted running.. should have just be a good boy and listen to minz... after run.. maj david wanna go for a meal at tung lok restaurant! wahha... he always craving for good food.. tat rich fellow.. luncky it was his treat.. i had so much difficulty walking up/down stairs... the pain was so excruciating... omg.. feel like a lame..
I decided not to engage in any soccer or running till i feel i have recovered.. instead.. i shall change my attention to cycling and swimming as this 2 sports is less straineous on the knee.... Pray that my knee recovers soon.. really desperate for some soccer.... SIGH....

NTUC Worker = Me ?
Seriously... do i look like a NTUC worker when i carry a small notepad and a pen walking around taking note of prices... just imagine....
i was walking around NTUC toa payoh cos i was waiting for minz to finish her lessons.. thought i could check out the stuff that i want to buy for my bbq and their prices.. so i carried my notepad and pen.. walk around the place to take note of the prices.. than i went to the soft drink corner... this lady with the kids deciding what soft drink (Unhealthy!) to get.. happen so she couldn't find the price for one of the drink.. and just so happen so i was next to them... she asked mi for the PRICE!!! i was like... shyt... i knew this was coming when she gave me that kind of look.... shyt man...

Off Day for Me!
Went to the polyclinic early in the morning (7.20am) thanxs to my dad's ride.. went to see the doc regarding my right knee.. quite worried due to the pain that comes out of the blue... according to doc.. its quite usual.. the problem might be call Chondromalacia Patellae (http://www.orthoseek.com/articles/chondromp.html) My symptons seems rather similiar to that... decided to get myself a knee support..
came back from doc.. went gym for my upper body training.. not much.. just arms and chest... after that swim for a while.. chill... the sun always got block by the clouds! no tan.... =(
going to meet my dearest for lunch soon... after tat.. come b.. most prob play some games... =)

My Sweetest Girlfriend...
Hmm... was quite surprised at the mail i got from xanga regarding my own space.. well.. i know almost before that, its my gf that got this for me.. no idea what triggered her to do that anyway.. haha..
today was following one of the seniors at office to lesson at FOT. He was conducting the lesson and wanted me to carry on with the lessons after which cause he is going to ORD soon and its better to learn to teach asap! I was feeling kinda nervous as usual.. but its not as bad as i thought it would be.. not sure why.. but i know i will do better with more opportunity. Perhaps the greatest fear is my knowledge of the subject. I must admit that i am not entirely proficient at calling for fire although i should be as thats my "tan jia aka rice bowl". But.. i think i am only 70% there..
My friends in army are walking their 18km route march while i am home writing this... my right knee is wearing out (according to the trainee doc). need to rest enough for it to recover on its own. Guess the worst part is my fellow friends giving me that kind of look... thinking that i wanna "chao keng aka feign illness to skip training" BUT I AM NOT!
I wanna do so much more physical stuff... my half triathlon... my FO challenge... my fav soccer.. hai.. i just want my knee to get back to its 100% so i can carry on with all this physical stuff... pray hard...

Well... its like so OMG! what the hell am i doing here... haha.. was browsing around.. chanced upon my old blog.. read up on some of the stuff i wrote... thought about it.. its really good to have a blog to remind u of the past.. so here i am.. writing yet again.. but not sure when i will stop again..
Hmm... since my very last post.. shyt... how the hell to connect from then to NOW! Everything still the same.. i am still with my dearest minz and in the army now as An Artillery Officer. These few days really quite bored.. cos got to stay in camp.. tat really turns me off... oh ya.. the world cup is gonna be over soon.. in fact the final is tonite!
I am going to take ITALY! simply love their defense... freaking strong... =) must win more money for my new computer... most prob going to get it soon.. but still thinking izzit realy worth it to get it now.. izzit because i want a new com or because of Heroes 5 !!!!
