Bleh
Hey folks.. Nothing much.. but ytd.. went to louis house to play mahjong.. yeap.. MJ again. haha.. as usual.. i am the Carrot Cake.. haha.. but the amazing thing is.. mi and dave lost the same amount of $5.20.. HAHA!! Freaky gay shyt.. haha.. Dear also lost.. zzz.. but later they played again while i had enough of MJ.. they won back some! Grrr.. think dinner they purposely let me eat loads of carrot cake at chomp chomp.. haha!

-My Uncle have good Remarks abt Graduates from SMU, Very Confident
-Project Based.. that means do project until u die..
Sigh..... This is really much tougher then i thought it would be..

Incoming! Take Cover!
Haha.. just heard news today.. our PM and another Minister is going to give up their pay increment to the charity.. For our PM.. its a whopping 0.6 Mil to the designated charity for 5 years to come.. thats really good!
He also mentioned.. why all this increment and stuff.. actually.. i kinda agree with him.. Why is Singapore here TODAY? Why is SG such a Vibrant and Happening Place? Why do other Govt come over and ask for our Govt's Advice on Running the country. i guess all this happen for a reason and not by chance..
The Govt might not be perfect... But its the best they have till now.. and they are all doing a great job thus far.. what more can we say.. they deserve better pay..

Amazing Singapore
Hey Peepz,
Well.. recently there is a huge uproar about the pay increment for govt bodies.. wanna share a little of my opinions..
Some stuff that i found out.. Our President is earning roughly 3 TIMES more then the President of US, George Bush(The World Most Powerful Man). Thats damn god like.. haha.. Base on the fact that US has such a huge economy.. but perhaps there are other incentives that they did not take into account when calculating his salary..
But what really puzzle me the most would be the statement made by the govt.. they mentioned that The Pay raise is to help retain the talents in the govt bodies as there is an increase in turnover. Base on this point i totally agree.. as the private sector has alot more $$ to be earned! But they also mentioned that this is to prevent Corruption!
Are they trying to say that the ppl working in the govt NEEDS $$$ so as to satisfy their own needs thus preventing corruption? Are they trying to say that our society and education system has taught them all these? What happen to all the moral and values? Are they trying to say that the govt is running based on $$ ? I know they need $$ to survive.. but to me.. Its a honor to be a Minister of singapore and having that means u r working for the people.. giving them benefits.. serving others before self.. thats wat a great leader would be.. even if there is a pay raise, why the top gets a higher pay raise.. 20-30% (i Estimate) while those working at the ground.. Like police officers.. only 10-13%!! It should be the other way round!! Grr...
These are just some thoughts i have.. perhaps they are thnking that havin a pay raise would prevent Corruption.. as prevention is better then cure.. just like the Singapore Police Force. Heard from a friend that they would patrol the area with their beacon lights on.. i was like.. wouldn't u alert the thieves and let them run away? He told me that his job there was more of a deterrence.. just like our Singapore Armed Forces.. To Deter the Enemy by displaying our superior forces and technology..

Just Another Bad Day in the History Book
Life is such a nuisance.. you cant practice what you preach all the time.. so wat happens after that.. argh man.. today MJ lose like mad.. total up $18 bucks.. Dear also quite bad.. around $33 something.. wat an expensive day for us..
F*** Up!
This bottle is going to be filled up real soon.. after that what will happen? Hmm.. need to find out how to make this bottle bigger so it can contain more.. or just to let it all out so it can be filled again?
